Just ran my last run (a very easy 35 minutes) before the #marathon tomorrow. My form is right where I want it and should be about 10 tomorrow morning. I didn't lose that much fitness either (peak was 104). Let's just hope I have what it takes to qualify for Boston.

I did my first run in quite a while. I wasn't fast. I didn't run long.
I did it, though. I pushed through.
I won't do it again tomorrow. I will do it again the day after.
I have a #marathon in 2 weeks. This week is the last week before I begin my taper (I'll actually start it Wednesday).
I'm very happy with my fitness. I do wish it was a bit higher, but I can't complain about that number. Really though, everything has gone according to schedule, so I should be in a good position to qualify for Boston.
My goal is to run under 3 hours and 20 minutes. I think that's within reach, so unless something goes wrong, I should be able to clinch it.

I love breakfast but I honestly suck at it. I skip it, front load on coffee, and spend the first half of my day in caffeinated twitchy mania. It's not as productive as it sounds.
