Time to leave our luxury Czech accommodation and make tracks back to Germany for one night.

But first: empty out the pannier that seems to have collected a bit of water after sitting through umpteen downpours. Something to investigate when we get home.

Took the BMW K100RS out for its first proper ride. Looks like I made it through 60 miles without anything falling off (at least nothing I noticed yet) and it seems to be running better. Confirms my suspicion that it really needs to run to blow out the cobwebs.

Front brake isn't that great though - it works but could do with some improvement.

Right, my BMW K100RS 16V #motorcycle is finally back together and looks exactly like it did when I started taking it apart. Well, plus the top box and some minor other fixes.

The current plan is to ride it for 500-1000 miles and then go through it again as the bike is pretty low mileage for the age and must've spent a long time laid up. Unfortunately I don't know much about its history.

It's too muggy outside to enjoy riding one of my working #motorcycles, at least until I get myself another mesh jacket.

Not that working in this workshop is any better, but at least I got a bit closer getting this particular project #motorcycle back on the road.
