I remember at my past #yoga teaching days, teaching a group of #mums at 06:30 am and that was super extreme for me at the time (as a night owl, I regain my speech and language skills after 10 am), but I did it once a week. Useless for the rest of the day, but I did it.
Then, during the lockdowns, I would get to teach and learn with people around the world… and how could I not stay up until 2am to learn from my favourite teacher who lives on the other side of the globe??

It's my second #DayOff of the week, so obviously I slept in til 10am. And then lay in bed til 11:30am because warm.
