@james You know those very light running shoes, essentially made of a single piece of woven cloth, with a nice, thick sole? I want to get those for my #BodyCombat workouts, because everything else I have currently is either earmarked for running outside, for walking, for other workouts or is a bit too heavy and stiff.

This weekend promises to be a busy one. Waterpark all day on Saturday for the middle one's birthday, and then #LesMills live in LA on Sunday!!! My wife and I got tickets for the live #BodyCombat filming. Can't wait to see how that production works

@agaguk It's a nice way to make workouts more diverse. I also do #BodyCombat (in a few hours) and #BodyBalance (at home when I've no strength for other workouts), apart from regular #weightlifting and #jogging 💪🐻

I doubt I’ll be getting the headset*, but if Disney+ wants to include the 3D content on their AppleTV app as well, that’d be great (I’m that weirdo with the 3D Blu-ray collection)

This morning I nailed the combos for #Bodycombat 94. Both the flip flop ones in the Muay Thai track 7 and the 4 minis in the alternate track 5. The instructor even commented on it during the yoga class afterwards, as two weeks ago I was not confident I’d ever get it. Their tips from learning it to teach it really helped (pointing out the fact it’s reversed the second time through).
After #BodyCombat I'm both tired and charged. I won't be able to sleep very well tonight...
Doing #BodyCombat after being sick for 10 days feels both, exciting and exhausting. 😁 I am glad that I did BC93 at home and only for 30 minutes as a restart. I am definetly looking forward to going to the gym next Tuesday to do the full one hour. 🏋️♀️🥋
Having thought I was finally prepared for the Muay Thai Tr7 in #LesMills #Bodycombat 94 (jab,cross,rising elbow, knee, check which flips the other way around), the instructor swapped out track 5 for the alternate. All standing, so no push-ups for a change, but the main combo is four different mini combos, and no, I did not get them all right.
I am so tired... And about to go into a long refinement call, followed by other calls... And then I get a couple of hours of no calls, and then a #bodycombat workout.
All the while, I wanna just lie on the couch and do nothing!
Second time trying the new #LesMills #Bodycombat 94 and that Muay Thai track 7 defeated me again. Speaking to the instructor afterwards and it took them ages to get it as well. Turns out the combo flips between knee, check, jab, cross, rising elbow and then jab cross, rising elbow, knee, check. (The knee/check in BC77 nearly made me give up when I first started as I was sure I’d never ever get it)
Lots of capoeira, even in the warmup, but it’s nearly all just lunges, so not too bad.
Another body combat session this evening. Tiring, but impressed with myself for sticking at my fitness journey with renewed enthusiasm recently.
