I'm gonna start training for human flag soon. Front lever is pretty tough and there has been break from climbing due to injury so I think starting with human flag is better idea. Besides the flag should be easier to accomplish.
I have been able to do one leg front lever so it's quite far from the actual move.

With the temperature dipping below zero I'm reworking the weight loss plan.

Something about running over ice in the dark doesn't seem like the smartest idea.

It wasn't fully my cup of tea, because I'd rather do fewer, but longer sets instead of more short ones.
But I figure it will be good for people who do well with short bursts and don't mind a bit of repetition. And I found it un-imtimidating enough to start even on low-motivation days.
Also, it's free and doesn't require equipment.
