Today I listened to the fascinating but infuriating podcast #BookedUp hosted by @jentaub about #Jan6th, A.K.A. The Coup of 2021. Guests were the terrific Jill Wine-Banks (Watergate Girl) and Andrew Weissmann (Mueller team). While they tried to end on a positive note in favor of accountability I left convinced of my conviction that Garland will not deliver the true accountability Trump deserves. I believe Garland intends to run out clock to give cover to both DOJ and Trump.😔👎
