What a way to start the new year! Sorting through about 1000 first editions/ 1st prints of mostly modern literature only to discover that about 50% are signed too. Not too shabby for a blind purchase at auction.

So on my next day off (Thursday), I need to read a book from cover to cover (to add context I’d previously read this book about a year ago when it was an unedited proof so my memory on the title is slighty hazy) - in order to write a review that will be sent to the head buyer for the next book club titles release - and sort some Xmas stuff out.
It’s going to be a fun day with an apparently early start 😅 if memory serves this book pulled me in so we should be good 😊
