So I figured something out. There were a couple times I would type #bookshare in a post and later, I realized it said bookstore. People would ask me what I meant and I’d explain it was #bookshare. I have been blaming myself and thought maybe my mind was going or something but now I think auto correct is correcting #bookshare to bookstore. Hello, Apple. Yes #bookshare is a word. And I’m using the hashtag to try to keep auto correct from changing it. And yes, I could turn off auto correct, but sometimes, it’s convenient. More often than not, it’s a nuisance, but still, there are those times.

The #iOS #Bookshare app has an #update... here is what it says in the app store... New Updates • Added the ability for TTS to continue playing at the end of a section and consistently resume playing from where it was left off. • Added support for TTS audio to continue working when the iOS device is on silent mode. Device screen will remain awake while TTS is playing. • Added Book ID and other details to the Book Info page. Bugfixes • Page view will be synchronized with text highlighting for the user to read continuously. • Fixed the issue with play button not appearing consistently on older iOS devices. • Screen reader users will be to use swipe up/down motion to change slider vales and can hear the new values. So I see from the #Applevis newsletter that #Bookshare has its own reader app for iOS now. Has anyone used it? I wonder if it has any benefits over Voicedream reader. I'll stick with Voicedream for now, but I am curious.

Also I know I am the one at fault but the difference in prices is huge and I still plan to return the original book. I know the fault is on me because I should have given her back when I noticed I wasn't reading anymore (even though I love it!) but I just... Forgot.
