Are there any historians out there who can explain to me what these bundles of sticks are behind the bar (in the office!) in the movie Honor Among Lovers? He puts them in a door that has little drawers in it. Is this real? Did it keep food warm? #history #filmhistory #foodhistory #boozehistory
