Have a problem with traffic! No problem at all! We'll solve the issue with an incredibly expensive underground road that's much smaller than any road or rail network above-ground.
And unlike silly subways, which at least have vehicles that can carry dozens or hundreds at once, we're going to use cars that carry five people, tops!
