When I go to my favorite munch, I actually like hanging out with other D-types. I find their energy relaxing, especially when the possibility of shenanigans is removed.

Oh, I like running into my favorite people (including Joyfriend B who wore my leather+brass token discreetly around his wrist) but hanging out with other Ds is a chance I don't get often.

It's like being in a circle of carnivores and we all like talking about our favorite cuts of meat. I don't need to be 'nice'.

But I also like chatting and subtly probing the s-types I meet. I had a lovely chat with someone about the switches that get flipped for them when they're in an authority transfer relationship. I tucked it away.

Joyfriend B arrived and when I asked how he liked my hair he said, It's ok.

I laughed. He'll pay for that ego check later.
