The adhesive-backed felt was the most difficult to find.

I eventually found a local factory who sell me 1 metre wide rolls (in whatever length I ask for) of a thin, strong, clean adhesive-backed felt.

This works well on the A3 cards to which I've affixed the front designs.

The result is a token matching the size and feel of the official #BotC product.

In my #BotC #DIY Grimoire I've managed to closely match the size and feel of the #BloodOnTheClocktower official character tokens.

* 1mm “greyboard” (also named “chipboard” by some vendors) card base layer.

* Adhesive-backed 100gsm gloss paper, printed with the front design.

* Adhesive-backed 1.5mm black felt, for the rear backing.

* Strong sharp scissors, to carefully cut each circular token.

Taking the opportunity to answer some questions that were asked in private (thank you!).

First up: Why do I not consider my #BotC #BloodOnTheClocktower #DIY resources at https://diy.bloodontheclocktower.rocks/ to be "Print-and-Play"?

Because the game makers have declared, and I agree with the reasoning, that this is not a game that can be feasibly Print-and-Play.

At best, it's "print some things and assemble specialist materials and equipment and then maybe *build* it all, and *then* play". So, not PnP.

Just ran my group's first game of Sects and Violets, and had a fun moment where the Ceranovus made a player mad as the Mutant, who then double-claimed the real Mutant, causing the real Mutant to call them out and get executed for claiming outsider. Played an absolutely Epic Teensyville #BOTC #Bloodontheclocktower game last night. A really well played evil win.

It's a custom script known as "Immortal Dance Party." In brief, it's a script where Demons kill plenty, but Townsfolk don't die easily, making who dies at night a little more volatile than the typical "stable" one kill per night.

Good afternoon, #Fedi . Last night, I got to play some #BloodOnTheClocktower !

In this game of #SectsAndViolets , I was the evil Witch! We won at the end on a failed Klutz slip, but the road there was wild.

On night 3, it took a long time for the Storyteller to wake me up. Since the Witch acts 3rd at night after the Philosopher and Snake Charmer (online), I inferred that my Demon was Snake-Charmed (here, by the Philosopher).

Last night, I got to run my second-ever session of #BloodOnTheClocktower in-person! I first ran a #TroubleBrewing game for 7 players, followed by a second game for 8!

I'm beginning to get the hang of Storytelling manually and am appreciating the simplicity of running this edition. I'm also valuing how I can create certain setups to "teach" players different concepts, like poisoning in game 1, or setup modification in game 2.

I'd like to share that this past Saturday, I ran my first-ever in-person game of #BloodOnTheClocktower ! 🕐

A local board and card game shop was having a Tabletop Day, so I stopped in and brought in Clocktower to run for a few hours.

I got in three games, each of 5-to-6 players. They loved it! One player invited to another game night elsewhere to town to bring Clocktower, so I'll be going to that soon! 🙌

Yesterday, I got to run a game of Blood on the Clocktower #botc with some online friends!

I finished listening to @AndrewNathenson 's "Cult of the Clocktower" podcast's latest episode on the Zombuul from Bad Moon Rising. When I polled my friends for a base-3 script, they gave me #BMR , so I put it in during setup!

I implemented Andrew and Kohav's ST and setup suggestions for this character, and ended up with a game everyone enjoyed!

Got in a game of Blood on the Clocktower today after work today. Won a game as the Tea Lady in Bad Moon Rising.

My ability was able to protect my next-door Grandmother from dying at night, and toward the end I was able to help figure out the final day was a Mastermind day, and we got the Demon double-tapped to win the game.

My other neighbor was the Lunatic who never figured it out! It was wild. She never figured it out.
