This curious little fella walked within a foot of me when I was sitting under a tree, taking respite from the heat in the #bottanicalgardens #melbourne.
He was in no hurry. Just strutting past staring, gauging my generosity levels!
I reckon he was peckish and checking out if there was something on offer.

These gardens have themed areas; featuring European settings, cactus garden, rain Forrest, a small Asian bamboo garden and a children’s garden. Not to mention a herb enclosure and more. I’ve missed out loads I’m sure.
Plenty of people in wonder and in a state of relaxation in the mid afternoon heat.
