Mixed 2 cups each of #brownsugar & #maplesyrup aged in #Bourbonbarrels and a splash of #mesquite liquid smoke, laid out then sprinkled with a generous amount of #blackpepper along with #cinnamon, #cayenne, and a dash of salt. It was too cold and the smoker is still buried in snow so they cooked indoors at 225°F for 2.5 hours. MmmMMMM 😋
