As a #Colorado resident, I have never been to the National WW2 Museum in Kansas City.

On an architectural tour of #NewOrleans. Here is #BourbonStreet before things get too crazy

Pousse cafés are a class of seldom-seen layered cocktails. The term itself is French, and means "push coffee", or #coffee chaser—the idea seems to be that these drinks were introduced as a #digestif, or an after-dinner, after-coffee drink to aid digestion. Personally anyone my age thinks of a roll of Lifesaver candies when seeing this drink. Stingray (definitely an alias), our #BourbonStreet (adjacent) bartender claimed to be an expert and we tested his claim, ordering dozens of these.
