Tonight I watched FREEWAY via Vinegar Syndrome’s 4K UHD. The transfer is bright and film grain crisp; the perfect way to experience this film for the first time.

All the performances are over-the-top. But Witherspoon’s feels natural for her character.

It’s a perfect 90’s exploitation combining little red riding hood and the women-in-prison genre.
