We talked yesterday about the loan of the #NationalGallery's version of 'The Night Watch' to the #Rijksmuseum.

Cooperation between like-minded institution is to be lauded, methinks. Quid pro quo, and all that.

#Art is a powerful human condition that brings us together, cutting across multi-lingual, multi-cultural and transnational barriers. Though not unique in nature, the #bowerbird springs to mind, our desire to tell stories with pigment is as old as the hills.
