Was reading with interest this post about bodybuilding and working out at home. I was already getting set up, since I don’t see my self going back to the gym anytime soon. It takes too much time, so I’m jogging and yogging outside and workingout at home for now. Dietary recommendations are easy, since I’m following a similar diet, though I don’t count. Got an adjustable dumbell set #Bowflex (my preferred ones, #PowerBlock Elite, are out of stock).
