Normally, I just build and design houses in The Sims, but after watching Chakushin Ari (One Missed Call, 2003) for the millionth time, I made the main character, and gave her a fawn Boxer dog.
This stirred a lot of feelings. I had two fawn Boxers with my previous partner, who kept them when we ended our relationship. Rebel (left) died a few years ago from cancer, and Talos (right) Iโm not sure about as my ex and I lost touch. I miss my boys so much. ๐ค

Finn, a show family Boxer dog, in March 2019, riding shotgun. We lost him later that year after Christmas. He was a bit high strung, but never lost his ability to "stack" himself as if he was in a show.

A collage of Miss Stella and her boxer-y brothers. She was an only dog whose owner could no longer care for her (cancer treatments, etc.) so we took her in until her mom was better. Stella faced some big changes, entering a house with three big boxer boys, but she held her own and quickly became a family favorite. We lost her suddenly a few years ago.

One time, we took her to a friend's house, and she ended up catching 3 rabbits. I remember reaching in her jaw and getting them out each time (dogs shouldn't swallow them due to the bones, among other things). She always growled at me but would give in - like dude really, I caught this! The bond we had was so strong, I miss her dearly. #BoxerDogs
