I have a personal relationship with the New York Times. They were my biggest client in my freelance days. I've started my mornings with the paper for decades. I'm all parasocial with their op-ed writers. Their cooking section is my most used resource on the internet. And Wordle!

The paper's anti-trans slant has been concerning, but their garbage response to being called out on it has pushed me into boycott mode.

The New York Times has straight-up, no-kidding decided to embrace #transphobia.

1️⃣ They printed a bunch of it
2️⃣ Their own staff called them on it
3️⃣ At the same time, GLAAD also called them on it
4️⃣ Management's response: falsely claim the staff were supporting GLAAD's letter, and that's against their journalistic ethics.

I'd start #BoycottNYT or #NYTBoycott, but I already don't give them any money. I can't possibly give them less than zero.
