A little bit about us here. We milk 250 goats all year round on our own farm. Using that milk to make three types of cheese. Irelands only pasteurised blue goats cheese ‘Boyne Valley Blue’, then a Tomme style white cheese ‘Boyne Valley Bán’ and our newest cheese, a Manchego style hard white cheese ‘Big Bán’.
