I was thinking about the web experience you can still get using the lynx browser (or links or links2). They are text only browsers, and render things in a linear fashion.
For #blind people, a cli interface would be much more accessible. No windows to steal keyboard focus, no panes in front of other things, no pop-up boxes.
I guess this is what the #BrailleSense devices are.
