Well spent Saturday: 2.5kg of pork #braised into Carne Adovada, along with 2kg of Buta Kakuni, simmering away. It'll be chilled overnight then braised in soy et al, and I'll use this braising liquid to cook some turned daikon. It'll get served over rice with some soy-dashi pickled eggs.
(The Adovada might be served as tacos... Or with rice? Not sure yet)
