DOJ also notes some of these restricted docs are NOT EVEN THE ONES CHARGED IN INDICTMENT. That lengthy delay for clearance confirms sensitivity of these docs, potential harm to ntl security, & how much intelligence community supports the prosecution (that it is even willing to consider providing them to defense counsel).
