I noticed that I haven't made a lot of #bread toots yet, which is something that needs to be changed! Sometimes I just was to lazy to make a picture of my bread, and sometimes I felt that the picture or the bread itself wasn't
"good enough" to share it on the #Breadiverse; shame on me for thinking like this -- every bread is good :)

80% hydration focaccia today. No Rosemary at the store so just simple flaked salt and olive oil.
Everything about this focaccia recipe is making me scream…
- Eyeballing flour amounts rather than weighing 💀
- Cornmeal?
- No oil in the dough.
- Mega amounts of yeast for no reason as it cold ferments anyway.
- Absolutely anaemic looking underside.
- Topped with butter not oil.
- SAGE?
