Shout out to everyone who’s had a new cancer diagnosis, return of cancer notice, or told they have genetics that pre-dispose them to a major health issue.
It’s hard to speak up & not necessarily anyone else’s business. Take a nap, take a day off, take a bubble bath … no need to make excuses for doing that. You take care of you.
