The app says 0m wait on Falcon lift at #Breckenridge, but unfortunately you have to run the gauntlet at Peak 9 to get there. Sometimes I wish I could just walk to 10. I know I know I can in theory, but I don't want to.

72 followers · 198 posts · Server noc.socialWent up top #skiing at #Breckenridge today. Haven't been up there in 2 years since before I broke my leg. (I broke it before they opened it last season.) Took it super slow and it wasn't pretty, but I managed.
Super, super windy though. So I went back below the treeline around 10:40 and it was super crowded. So I came home.
I love living just a few miles away so I don't feel like I HAVE to stay all day!

Yesterday was the first (for me) powder day at #Breckenridge this season and I was in such a hurry to get out that I forgot to bring my new powder skis. Yeah. Iām that guy.
It was still a great day but I sure felt stupid. I really hated these Salomon QSTs when I first got them but Iām getting used to them.
Hiding a beer in the snow bank was key to enjoying the wait for the bus afterwards at beaver run.
