It's also a mystery and an exploration of racism, especially in classical music. So far it's fantastic. @bookstodon My #review of #TheViolinConspiracy by #BrendanSlocumb has just gone live! Not quite a #mystery and more a #bildungsroman, but the latter works really well with the former; didn't guess who the culprit was until the moment the protagonist did.
