Hello friends

Time again for some #mead and this time im doing some Juniper Mead. Using 3 lbs of honey for a gallon. Decided to make 2 1 gallon batches this time.

Gravity reading is supposed to be around 1.136 but i got 1.114 and 1.106. So fairly different despite using the same amount of honey. The source recipe for this comes out to 1.128 so im even thinner this time than them which is a bit odd. The honey is about 6 months old but has been in a dark room and sealed. I might try a batch after these 2 and see if the freshness makes a different. Im also pretty sure i mixed them really well too.

Its always an experiment so heres to fucking around and finding out. Plus i wrote it down so its also SCIENCE!
