Not a fan of nuclear power personally.

Yes it's clean, but there are huge consequences should an accident occur (e.g. Chernobyl, Fukushima).

The spent fuel-rods can be reprocessed, but any waste has a half-life of centuries before it's safe. That's my main gripe.

Just up the road from me. I'm so relieved that there were no fatalities. This could've been so much worse! It's a difficult road at the best of times, let alone with the freezing weather that set in.
