Saw this lovely boat the Amy Howson moored at the Brigg marina today.

Was on the wrong side of the hedge for the photo, so you'll have to squint a bit to see it properly!

It is a "Sheffield size" Humber keel which used to ferry cargoes such as grain & coal on the Ancholme, Humber & up to Sheffield.

A long time ago, Brigg used to have a daily service to Hull
