At my neurology consult on Friday, the registrar spent some time detailing how it was so important that I was keeping my exercise up as much as possible as this would help me maintain my independence for longer. I think he needs to work on his motivational bedside manner, to be honest.

I’m delighted and not at all surprised that #RealWorldStudios are releasing singles with unique visual art and Gabriel has two sound engineers mixing the songs, giving each song a #BrightSide, mixed by Mark ‘Spike’ Stent, and a #DarkSide, mixed by Tchad Blake.

Stent’s mix of “Panopticom” is fantastic! Gabriel’s voice and lyrical insight shines!
