Bishi, a British Asian musician of Bengali background. I've always loved this tune as she has an almost folk voice next to her sitar playing (distinctive as she plays it in guitar position). The lyrics are entirely evocative of late journeys through London.
She's had a few albums out now and in a more just world she'd be recognised more.
Her music encompasses electronics and sitar topped with that fantastic voice.
