The people here are on their way to France in the summer of 2011, all aboard the Brittany Ferries ship Pont Aven and taking in the views around Cork Harbour before the ferry makes its exit to the ocean. Other, faster moving, travellers fly overhead.

Good morning from 🇪🇸. The arrived right on time. A pleasant crossing on a brand new ship with an absolutely lovely crew. And since there is no footbridge, the handful of foot passengers disembark via the huge vehicle ramp. 😉❤️

Arrival of 🇫🇷 at 🇬🇧 today. Picture taken from the “Round Tower”, built around 1418 to prevent raids on the city by French ships, I am told.
She will sail to 🇪🇸 tonight. She flies the French flag 🇫🇷 (😉).
