I regularly wonder why in academia/higher-education, the consensus seems to be that just because you have "some degree" you are qualified to teach and exam people and thus decide over their future... without *any* extra qualifications... And typically the teachers will have been the "better students", so they likely don't know the struggle others might be facing while learning...
