So I tried @secretsloth's rec gluten free veggie broth and its goooood

Not super umame but i really like it! Its not super pretty so I'll spare you a photo of it lol

Chicken broth, rice ramen, and some fresh collards and kale from the hydroponic tray for soup tonight. It's #BrothClub plus for migraine recovery action! Lol. @Kayray @Dyani @evel

Lunch was miso broth with a pack of Trader Joe’s Thai Wheat Noodles and a handful of frozen mixed veggies stirred in #BrothClub

Today for #BrothClub I have added gluten free ramen noodles and am inviting @loren because soop is good for the soul, and nobody could say a Honk over the food better. @Dyani @Kayray @evel @zinn bringing the whole party for Not Beef and rice & millet noodles. Good for birds, good for hoomans, slurp!

Having a #BrothClub dinner, today it's Not Beef bouillon broth with bean thread noodles and it was delicious. 🥣 Ordered some gluten free ramen so I can have more noodle soups, my stock of gluten free pasta is running low. Can't have it running out! @Dyani

Good day, #BrothClub friends! (Should I tag you all? I don't want to spam you :o but I will this time because I! added! noodles!) Join me for this exciting development! This is my first time trying the pho cubes, which have a definite pho-like smell to them, there's a sort of hint of lime and 🤔 somehow smells quite fresh, like it does when you walk into a pho shop! I quite like it! @Kayray @Dyani @evel @zinn

#BrothClub I ordered 2lbs of red miso paste for $10 and it just arrived! Got a nice hot mugfull now. Mmmm salty fermented goodness. @zinn I’ll send some miso paste home with you next time. This will last us for years.

#BrothClub today's cuppa broth is vegetable flavor, again from Edward & Sons (these are the only kinds I have at the moment, although I plan to raid the local supermarket next time I'm upright enough to see what they have). I always waver between the "beef"/mushroom and the veggie being my favorite, but honestly I can't choose. It has a few pieces of carrots and such to monch on at the end :blobCat_blanket:

Got this to try since I was trying a bunch of broths anyhow

Not as good as homemade and isn't a jelly like our homemade always is. Tastes alright, not plain but not fab, needed a little soy sauce

@secretsloth It’s not vegetarian/vegan! But they do make a veggie stock flavor. Instant broth is so easy when you have an electric kettle. #BrothClub

Good day, #brothClub! Today I am having a whole cube of Not Beef in a huge mug - lots of salt for my POTS, and this bullion has lovely mushroomy goodness. I often have it with rice ramen but today I just want broth. @Kayray @Dyani @evel ps who else wants to be in broth club? Lol

@secretsloth @Dyani currently drinking a mug of beef bone broth from a carton. Not much flavor, had to add a lot of salt. But it’s hot and, I assume, full of nutrients. Rating 5/10
