Moist Dark Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar (light preferred but any type acceptable)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups dark chocolate chips
4 3/4 cups flour

Preparation
0. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (175 Celsius)
1. In a small saucepan, place the butter on low heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until all of the material is moist and even. Take the butter off the burner when it is melted.
3. Into the mixing bowl, add the salt, baking powder, and baking soda, then pour the melted butter. Immediately mix thoroughly, until the mixture is consistent.
4. Add one cup of chocolate chips to the saucepan. Turn back on the burner.
5. To the mixing bowl, add the flour one cup at a time, and mix between each cup. When all is added, mix the dough until there is no inconsistency.
6. When the chocolate is soft enough to slide freely on the saucepan, pour it into the mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully consistent.
7. Pour the remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips into the dough, and mix until they are evenly distributed.
8. Spread the dough out on a 12"x18" baking sheet, up to the edges in all directions. Ensure the surface is even.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. The brownies will finish baking on the baking sheet.
