I will be curious to see the majority or concurring opinion by by #clarencethomas when the #supremecourt overturns #lovingvvirginia . They will of course need to clarify that all existing marriages are legal but states may decide whether any new marriages will be. But they will surely go after #brownvboardofeducation first.

@jmahlman @mirandayaver Maybe it's worth to remember, that Florida was one of the Confederate states, which weren't allowed to regain congressional representation until they ratified the Fourteenth Amendment - which btw formed the basis for civil & human rights-related decisions like #RoeVWade, #BrownVBoardOfEducation, #ObergefellVHodges & more.
Obviously Con DeSantis, fraudulently riding his Confederate horse, likes to forget, that even Florida ratified 14A in 1868.
