Got the latest power creep equipment from the new quest. Which mean's I'm just gonna be able to keep running in place with keeping up with the joneses.

The devs just keep scaling the difficulty to make sure that getting the new equipment is basically mandatory. They can only get away with it because the game doesn't have a Pay2Win system.
