Quite serious; made me laugh. The positive perspective & outlook did it.
Health systems everywhere are under strain and collapsing, EU is no different. They have people, bedridden; some dying 'stored' in hallways awaiting treatment and care; a shortage of doctors; etc.
Information on this among other things was delivered with such a happy positive outlook it was encouraging.
The "OK, we have problems, we are dealing with them & being open about it" attitude appealed to me.
