I've been off for a week or so now. is pretty bad, and it's giving me

Worse though; I don't feel any more clear headed and my focus is definitely worse.

Cannabis and are my drugs of choice, without the former I've been leaning harder on the later and it's frying my adrenal glands.

Maybe I should quit too..

I think I'm gonna wake up early tomorrow and go for a run.

Maybe eat some breakfast for a change.

I hate being sober for all this

Just from my personal experience, some mouthguards against teeth grinding are better than others (and cheaper...):

- The acrylic ones are sold as stronger because they are thicker. This is not the case, I broke the last one in less than six months.

- The much cheaper ethylene vinyl acetate ones (like a soda bottle) can crack but last from one to three years. I had one missing one small piece but that didn't prevent it to work.

@Mrfunkedude I imagine you'll get lots of advice on this topic. I'm a lifetime tooth clencher/grinder. I'm here to tell you it causes all sorts of problems, including tooth loss. Dec 2022 I finally had insurance to cover the problem & I started wearing a mouth (tooth) guard at night. It only took a couple of nights to adjust having something in my mouth while sleeping. Getting this device has been a game changer. Don't buy over the counter. Have your dentist do the fitting. Good Luck🦷

our keeps eating things he shouldn't (e.g. my night guard). of course the destruction part is annoying, but I'm really worried about him choking on something or puncturing his stomach, etc. 😞

He just regurgitated a red cloth (wash cloth?) I have no idea how he managed to get. Eagerly taking suggestions on how to deal with this behavior.

(he is a great dog, extremely loving, well-behaved, etc., etc., this is his biggest toxic trait)
