@TCMuffin it took a group of 20 of us a leisurely 4.5 hours with a few coffee breaks and extended lunch stop! We actually started at Bridgend Rec, but as it’s circular you can start anywhere on the route. #Bryngarw #BryngarwPark ❤️

If you haven’t been already, I recommend a walk around Bryngarw park this spring, it’s alive with activity and wildlife.
