TL/DR? What component should I lock in at pre black Friday pricing, CPU, Ram, Mohterboard? I’ve had the budget for what I want in the past only to get paid after black Friday and find the prices went say form $300-$700 for what I wanted. Just don’t want to get screwed again. I can probably find a way to buy one of the three things I need before black Friday.

Working on the budget of a new PC. Ok, by that I mean a new motherboard (mobo), ram, and processor.
Budget it as low as possible to replace existing system from 2014, while givng me the ability to upgrade at a later date. I’m willing to go a bit higher on the mobo for newer technologies I may use. I'd like the system to be upgradeable to 64-128gb ram
With these limitations I'm unable to get it under $200 I get more of what I want at $300.
I can upgrade other components but the mobo locks in the processor (family, socket) and ram (type and quantity).
I'll probably have to add in a cpu cooler as well. Maybe $50+
The rest I will scavenge from my existing collection.
I’ve been playing with PC Part picker, and I’ve gotten to the point I’m just swapping out motherboards.
I’d like an Gigabyte X570S AORUS ELITE AX ATX AM4 Motherboard, even the least of them price wise will likely have what I want. The other one I’m looking at is just new mobo, nothing special, and may be lacking. SI A320M-A PRO Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard It just happens to be cheap enough I can buy it now. Still it only changes the overall price by $100

So, since I can’t seem to afford to get all three, which one do you think I should find a way to lock in prior to black Friday ending? I don’t get another supply drop until *after* cyber Monday.
