why do so many of my Eve devices not show up in their designated room, or with their name, but some do? The #EveEnergy outlets all identify as the same model 20EBU4101 and firmware 3.2.1, but some have a #Thread Transport layer setting?

It's especially handy for tools one runs on a one-off basis. I personally do it when I test others' fixes from github PRs.
