Trying to get the #mathworks #buildroot SD card image built. This is for a #zynq #zc706, using the build.py straight out of the repo on supported hardware for supported versions of MATLAB, HDL Coder, and Vivado.

OOB-Comm is my project for voice and messaging. It's ephemeral, network agnostic and small scale solution. It's not based on computational cryptography and requires always physical key exchange. Enough 'wrong words' to get you upset?

My #pinephone firmware turned out quite nice. Out-Of-Band communication with voice & messaging. No distro burden, no foreign cryptography and interesting base to do further explorations. #SBOM produced by #buildroot and totally off the grid build environment.

Working on a project to keep me occupied. Using #buildroot to get Linux and gcc/g++ on a Synopsys ARC HS48D dev board. These processors are in tons of products, just not any dev boards marketed to hobbyists. Will be fun to do some benchmarking for embedded #cpp.

My project ssdp-responder (internet icon in Windows for your embedded device) has randomly got build failures in #buildroot over the past week+ ... couldn't understand what it was until I talked to Yann on IRC and he gently pointed out that it was my own packaging that was at fault. LOL 😂 #opensource #maintainer

Є у мене на господарці маленькі Linux девайси, які дуже потерпають від відключень. Сипеться FS. На Armbian cпроби штатно зробить rootfs RO зайшли у глухий кут. А якби і вдалося цього мало, бо деякі данні таки треба зберігати.

Давно збирався спорбувати buildroot, схоже час настав.
