I'm #journaling in a separate notebook (not my #BuJo) and thought it would be nice to do an additional monthly review there and a sentence what I'm looking forward too for the next month. Since summer was super busy and I forgot I just now did July and August: "I hate summer. It was exhausting. But at least exam preparation went well."
Then I read back to May: "I hate summer. Everything is exhausting. Looking forward to my exam in September."

Sometimes I do a weekly overview, especially when there are appointments on several days that week. This week there are none but a lot of stuff I should get done, so I thought I just make a quick to do list for the week.
That was a mistake. Now I have this long list with tasks and am unmotivated to start on them. To make things worse, I did not include my exam preparation because that is mainly the same thing every day... I'm going to set up "Monday" now.

I have decided I need some changes in my routine and life. So today I made a digital #BulletJournal (aka spreadsheet, lol) and am going to work on my eating habits, #FitnessJourney, reading life, and sleep habits. With a new month tomorrow, it seems like a good point to weigh in and start being more thoughtful about how I spend my time.
