New paper in Soft Matter (RSC): Periodic bobbing motion of silica-CuO chemical gardens in H2O2. Rocket-like ascent at steady acceleration; horizontal landings at constant speed. Movement is captured by a model considering drag and gas production in the catalytic tube cavity.
