Anyone going west on the 134 (car off road in canyon or brush fire) to the 5 north in Burbank (bomb scare / flaming backpack) is having a bad day.

I happen to be going in the exact opposite direction, so I slinked through, though slowly. There were four TV helicopters perched over #burbank
