I think I could get used to this. Vegan patty, cheese, sauce, etc. Not positive about the bun though.

I got to try the Impossible Burger at Burgatory yesterday. For those who aren't familiar, the impossible burger is a vegetable-based patty that tries to taste as much like beef as possible.

It was cool to try, but I don't think I'll get it again. The burger tasted fine but the coconut oil was too noticeable to me. It also cost $12 as opposed to the restaurant's other vegetarian patty ($8.50).
