Just finally made it to 3 miles at 3mph, for a total of 1hr of walking. Feeling accomplished, especially since I wasn't into it when I first started. Listened to #BuriedBones #podcast, episode 2 of the Dr Crippen 2 parter, again highly recommended if you enjoy #HistoricalTrueCrime. I also listened to the first half of the same podcasts' episode "Stalked." I am very, very close to meeting my #99Walks goal of 30 miles for the month of November, I believe 1.5 miles away. #wellness

So the other day when I was going to go for 3 miles, I didn't make it. I just did 2, but at the faster pace for 3mph. Today, I stretched it and did 2.5 miles at 3mph, a fifty minute walk. I could have gone longer, but it was the perfect length for episode 1 of the two part Dr Crippen case on #BuriedBones #podcast. Highly recommended if you're into #HistoricalTrueCrime.

I also used #ForestApp to lock my homescreen with deep focus mode, and read for 1 hr!
